These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The $1K Side Hustle System (the "Service"). By creating an account, redeeming an access code, or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

1. License

Upon a verified purchase or code redemption, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for one individual user. Sharing accounts, credentials or access codes is not permitted and may result in revocation of access without refund.

2. Educational purpose; no guarantees

The Service is an educational planning tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Income is not guaranteed. Results depend on factors including experience, market demand, pricing, execution, time invested and other circumstances outside our control.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share the Service or its content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, payment or code redemption.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

5. Payments and marketplace purchases

Website purchases are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Purchases made through authorized marketplaces (for example Etsy) are also subject to that marketplace's terms, and access is granted by redeeming the unique code included with your order.

6. Changes to the Service

"Ongoing access" refers to the current version of the web application. We may improve, modify or retire features over time and will make reasonable efforts to keep the core planning tools available.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, software and materials in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
